Beyond Work
My journey has been influenced just as much by the places I’ve traveled, the people and animals I care for, and the activities that challenge me outside of work. These experiences give me perspective, balance, and energy — qualities I bring back into the organization.
Travel & Curosity
I’ve always believed that new perspectives create better leaders. My career has taken me across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, but my personal travels have been just as transformative. Experiencing new cultures fuels my curiosity and sharpens my ability to see the big picture.

Dogs & Care
I may have raised camels once, but dogs are my true companions. Caring for them reminds me that patience, consistency and loyalty matter.

Cooking & Connection
For me, cooking is a way to show care. I love creating meals that bring people together, whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues. It’s about nourishment, creativity, and sharing — the same principles I bring to leadership.

Sports & Energy
Whether it’s golf, pickleball, skiing, kayaking, or even the occasional mud run, I stay active through sports that challenge both body and mind. They demand focus, resilience, and adaptability — the same qualities I bring to leadership.

Family & Friends
The most meaningful part of my life is the time I spend with my partner and by choice family. These relationships give me perspective, balance, and a sense of home no matter where I am.
