Since sharing my LinkedIn post kicking off my new leadership chapter, I’ve been fortunate to reconnect with colleagues like Joel Richardson and Brian Fink, as well as make new connections with people like Shay Prosser and Tom Rauch.

These conversations have been energizing. They reminded me how much I value the relationships built along the way — the people who’ve shaped my perspective, challenged my assumptions, and inspired new thinking.

I also realized something I hadn’t fully acknowledged before. For years, I described my career mostly through business results — KPIs, deals, integrations. But what truly fulfills me, and what sits at the core of my leadership, is the growth and development of people.

I’m grateful to Mark Wuerslin for helping me reconnect with that truth. It’s the legacy I care about most — and it’s why I’ve begun writing about it in my LinkedIn Legacy series.

As I continue exploring my next operational leadership role, this reflection has stayed with me:

The most meaningful results are rarely on a dashboard. They’re in the people who grow because you made space for them to.
